How do I install the software?

Simply download the software then double-click on the executable file. You will be presented with a wizard. Click "Next" on each step as directed.

When I run the installer on my windows XP system, I get a warning that the publisher of the software could not be verified. Should I be concerned?

No. This is common with systems that have Windows XP, service pack 2. Just accept and run the installer.

What features are limited during my evaluation?

A. None! you have full access to all of Real Estate Notebook's features during your 14 day evaluation. After 14 days, the software will require a license key.

Q.
I purchased the software. Now what?

You will get an email. In that email you will see a string of numbers and/or letters; that is your permament key. Launch Real Estate Notebook and click the "Enter key" button on the reminder screen. In the name section, enter the name for which the software has been registered to and enter the key value into the key field. We recommend that copy and paste the key into the key field to ensure accuracy.

Q. How long does my purchase key last?
A. Forever! Once you purchase your key, there are no charges for the use and maintenance of the software.

I would like to enter a vacancy percentage for my property, but I don't see a field for for it. Where is Vacancy?
A. Click the "Additional" tab on the Property Form. Vacancy is the second to last field on the lower right of the tab group.
